Your Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking airline clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel changes.
- Collaborate with airline teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of airline policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
