/strong /pulliIndependently resolve on-site incidents and service requests /liliProvide VIP user support /liliDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support /liliPerform meeting room AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's) /liliAct as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams /liliManage printer and MFP support /liliSupport PC refresh activities /liliManage ticketing system /liliEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) /liliLocal stock management /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongLocation /strong: San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby /ppstrongContract /strong: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent) /ppbr / /ppstrongPlease send your CV in English and we will be glad to share some more insights with you!
