/b /p h3Descrizione del lavoro /h3 h3Your Activities /h3 ul liServe as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team.
/li liSuccessfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes.
/li liSupport the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules.
/li liRead and understand construction drawings and specifications.
/li liAssist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders.
/li liSupport in the formation of a junior talent.
/li /ul h3Qualifiche /h3 pWhat do we ask of you?
/p ul liBackground in the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience.
/li liExperience in Hospitality, Office and Residential Developments /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.
/li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions.
/li liAbility to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability.
/li liStrong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
/li liExperience with scheduling software.
/li liProficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools.
/li liSolid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification, quantification, response, and control related to the master schedule.
/li liAbility to work effectively within a team environment.
/li liExcellent English language skills are mandatory.
/li liAvailability for national business travel.
