brAs part of the Milan Building Services Engineering team, you will work closely with mechanical, electrical, structural, and sustainability specialists to develop integrated engineering solutions from early-stage concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and project completion.

brLead the mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of mission-critical and multidisciplinary building projects brManage projects through all stages including feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, tender support, and construction phase services brAct as the lead mechanical engineering contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders brDevelop and oversee the design of complex mechanical building systems including: brHVAC systems brChilled water and cooling systems brVentilation and smoke control systems brHeating systems brHydronic and pipework systems brSustainable and energy-efficient building solutions brCoordinate closely with electrical, structural, architectural, and BIM teams to ensure integrated project delivery brLead technical reviews, design coordination meetings, and engineering workshops brSupport the delivery of low-carbon and sustainable engineering strategies across projects brMentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate engineers brContribute to resource planning, project scheduling, and quality assurance processes brEnsure designs comply with local and international standards, client specifications, and industry best practice brAssist in identifying innovative technologies and engineering approaches to improve project performance and efficiency brBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Energy Engineering brChartered engineer or working towards chartership brExtensive experience in mechanical building services engineering brProven experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, or Industrial Building projects brStrong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical building systems design brDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects brAbility to manage projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning stages brExperience working in BIM/Revit environments; knowledge of parametric design tools would be advantageous brStrong understanding of sustainable building design principles and energy-efficient systems brFluent written and spoken Italian and English
