As Vertical and Ecosystem Marketing Professional, you shape integrated marketing strategies for priority industry verticals and partner ecosystems. You will drive demand generation, customer engagement, and ecosystem activation to accelerate growth. You collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and Global Marketing to translate priorities into go-to-market actions and measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and strategic partnerships, offering impact across digital and physical channels. You join a results-driven, collaborative team focused on sustainable growth and market leadership.

- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across industry verticals and market segments
- Translate priorities into targeted go-to-market programs and campaigns
- Deliver integrated demand generation across digital, events, ABM, and industry-focused campaigns
- Support pipeline development with measurable marketing activities aligned to commercial goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Global Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Track and optimize performance using KPIs like MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline,



and ROI
- Support co-marketing with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners
- Share insights and best practices to continually improve marketing impact
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 4–5 years in Marketing, preferably B2B/tech/industrial/infrastructure/digital transformation
- Proven experience in demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong planning, campaign management, and funnel performance understanding
- Familiarity with ABM and channel marketing including OEMs, distributors, system integrators, partners
- Ability to translate priorities into measurable actions and outcomes
- Data-driven with KPI tracking and business impact visibility
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian
