ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs a Senior People Operations Specialist, you'll own complex employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate data while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
You'll partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external providers to streamline operations and scale service delivery.
The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and pragmatic use of automation and AI to reduce friction.
You'll help modernize People Operations and contribute to a smarter, more human-centered operation.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliOwn and execute complex lifecycle processes (pre-boarding, onboarding, changes, transfers, leaves, terminations, offboarding) with accuracy and coordination /liliMaintain data integrity in Dayforce and related systems for downstream use /liliServe as a trusted contact for complex employee questions with empathy and service mindset /liliSupport core People Operations programs while aligning with policy, compliance, and regional practices /liliIdentify workflow simplifications to reduce manual effort and improve consistency /liliPartner with People Technology and HRIS on system improvements, testing, implementations,
