ppOur client, a leading international company operating in the Trade Fair Business, is currently looking for the: /p h3Areas of responsibilities /h3 ul liManage full country operations and hold complete PL and personnel responsibility /li liSteer, execute, and optimize exhibition activities at both local and international levels /li liDeliver regular reporting to the holding company and prepare executive documentation for shareholder meetings /li liOversee the preparation of the strategic business plan, annual budgets,



and year-end closings /li liDrive new business development and spearhead local MA activities to expand the company's footprint /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree /li liMinimum of 5 years of proven experience within the trade fair / exhibition industry /li liStrong background in sales, trade fair organization, and sales representative management /li liProven track record in staff management, team motivation, and leadership /li liStrong entrepreneurial thinking, decisive judgment, and high strategic capabilities /li liExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills /li liFluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is considered a strong plus /li liDesire and motivation for a long-term professional engagement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
