ppWithin the Sales team, our Strikers manage customer relations and negotiate with Retail accounts in designated geographic areas.
/p pTheir mission is to achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, ensuring product availability, visibility, and additional placements to maximize sales.
/p h3All the responsibilities you'll trust you with /h3 h3TERRITORY COVERAGE /h3 pProvide effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost?effective manner.
Manage and develop the designated area.
/p h3PERFECT STORE /h3 pMaintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
Build quality relationships with foreign store stakeholders through effective communication.
Influence decision makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals.
/p h3STOCK MANAGEMENT /h3 pInfluence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability.
Ensure fair stock levels to secure proper range visibility and availability to consumers.
/p h3POS MANAGEMENT /h3 pSecure (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull.
Place POS material, ensuring it's correctly situated and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.




Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from day one.
/p h3ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING /h3 pMeasure, track, and audit key in-store metrics with specific digital tools.
Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
/p h3Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role /h3 ul liGrowth mindset and proactive approach.
/li liAbility to manage and cultivate strong relationships.
/li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in managing ethnic points of sale; English language proficiency required.
/li liComfortable working autonomously in a field?based environment.
/li liExperience in FMCG is a plus.
/li liKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
/li liValid driving license.
