pAdecco Consultant Milano is partnering with an international architecture and technical design firm to recruit strongTechnical Architects / Architectural Technologists /strong for its Milan office.
/ppThe company works on complex, multidisciplinary projects in Italy and internationally, with a strong focus on highly technical buildings, including strongdata centres, mission critical infrastructures, laboratories, life sciences facilities, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, industrial buildings and corporate spaces /strong.

/ppThe focus of the role is not pure concept design, but strongtechnical delivery, project documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and execution /strong.
/ppbr/ppstrongThe role /strong /ppThe selected candidate will be involved in the technical development and delivery of architectural projects, supporting the production of technical documentation and coordinating with the different disciplines involved.
/ppThe role requires close collaboration with international teams, project managers, external consultants, MEP and structural teams, technical specialists and local stakeholders.
/ppThe candidate will contribute to project quality, buildability and compliance with Italian regulations and local planning requirements, working across different project stages, from technical documentation to construction support activities.
/ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /ppThe candidate will be involved in: /pulliproducing architectural technical drawings, construction details, specifications and schedules; /lilideveloping and managing project documentation using strongRevit /strong; /lilipreparing technical,



executive and construction documentation packages; /liliworking with BIM tools and collaborative platforms such as strongBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud /strong; /lilisupporting model coordination activities, including the use of tools such as strongNavisworks /strong, clash detection and model review; /lilireviewing and improving the buildability of design solutions; /lilicoordinating with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, project managers and technical departments; /lilicoordinating with strongMEP, structural consultants and external technical partners /strong; /lilisupporting permitting processes and regulatory compliance checks; /liliapplying Italian building regulations and local planning requirements; /lilicontributing to large-scale and technically complex projects in sectors such as data centres, mission critical, laboratories, life sciences, manufacturing, logistics and industrial buildings.
/li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppThe ideal candidate has: /pulliDegree in Architecture, Building Engineering/Architecture or equivalent background; /liliprevious experience in technical architectural design roles, such as strongTechnical Architect, Architectural Technologist, BIM Architect, Project Architect, Architectural Designer, BIM Coordinator /strong or similar; /lilistrong proficiency in strongRevit /strong; /liliexperience in producing technical drawings, construction details, specifications, schedules and executive documentation; /liligood knowledge of strongAutoCAD /strong and BIM tools; /liliexperience with BIM coordination workflows, model review,



clash detection or multidisciplinary coordination; /lilifamiliarity with platforms such as strongBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud /strong; /liligood understanding of Italian building regulations and permitting processes; /liliexperience or strong understanding of coordination with strongMEP and structural teams /strong; /liliability to work on complex projects and manage technical documentation with a good level of autonomy; /liligood written and spoken strongEnglish and Italian /strong; /liliability to work in international, technical and multidisciplinary environments.
/li /ulpbr/ppKnowledge of strongDynamo, Grasshopper or computational design tools /strong will be considered valuable, especially in highly structured BIM environments.

/ppbr/ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /ppWe are looking for technically oriented architects and architectural technologists who are comfortable working on real project delivery, not only on early-stage concept or design development.
/ppThe ideal candidate has experience in strongtechnical documentation, executive drawings, Revit-based delivery, coordination with other disciplines and complex building projects /strong.
/ppFor junior profiles, previous hands-on experience on real projects and a good level of autonomy will be considered important.
/ppFor senior profiles, the company is looking for professionals who can remain technically involved in project delivery while coordinating complex multidisciplinary packages.
