Position full-time collections representative in our student‑loan servicing department, working onsite at the augusta, ga office.
Compensation base salary $16 hour (based on collections experience) plus generous premio opportunities.
Training & Production Schedule 2 weeks training, 4 weeks nesting – monday to friday, 8 am-5 pm mst.
Production monday-friday, 4 days 8 am-5 pm and 1 day 10 am-7 pm.
Responsibilities call consumers to secure payments on past-due student‑loan accounts
ensure compliance with company policies and local, state and federal collections laws
maintain accurate information exchange over the phone
stay stationary at the workstation for 95% of the time
Qualifications high school diploma or equivalent
access to high-speed internet (required)
knowledge of fdcpa preferred




professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
positive attitude, problem-solving ability and multitasking
willingness to maintain confidentiality
Work Conditions office environment, indoor, moderate noise level
little to no travel required
ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
