ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you ensure health, safety and environmental standards across the site, aligning local legislation with company HSE policies. You will implement risk management, monitor controls for employees and contractors, and support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to sustain high hygiene and emergency readiness, driving measurable safety outcomes. This is a hands‑on position at a manufacturing site focused on reducing high‑frequency and high‑hazard risks. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure compliance with local legislation and company HSE standards /liliImplement effective risk management procedures /liliVerify site controls, signage, and risk handling for workers, contractors,



and visitors /liliMaintain high health and hygiene conditions with appropriate emergency response /liliPromote safe working practices for high-frequency and high-hazard risks /liliDeliver high-quality HSE support (exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training) /liliParticipate in key meetings and reviews /liliSupport LEAN initiatives /liliContribute to continuous improvement in safety, health and environmental sustainability /liliCommunicate effectively with different organizational levels /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience as Assistant of RSPP /liliAbility to influence and collaborate to achieve results /liliUnderstanding of human behaviors and team dynamics /liliBachelor in technical studies (engineering background preferred) /lili4–5 years in a similar role /liliExperience in the manufacturing sector /liliKnowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08) /liliAnalytical and problem‑solving skills /liliProficient in Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
