ppbA market-leading global renewables developer, supplier and contractor /b is growing its Investments and MA function in Italy and is hiring an bMA Manager /b to drive buy-side acquisitions and organic investment as part of its Italian country expansion. /p pReporting to the Country Manager, you will originate, analyse and execute the buy-side of MA opportunities and take projects and plants through to completion. This is a high-impact, commercially central role for someone with a Big4, investment banking or private equity pedigree who wants to move deeper into renewable energy infrastructure. /p pbWhat you will do /b /p ul liCoordinate and execute due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation on potential MA opportunities /li liManage external advisors (legal, financial) and direct internal teams through the NBO and BO stages of transaction execution /li liOwn economic analysis and financial models for investment opportunities, and coordinate the due diligence process end to end /li liPrepare investment approvals, investment memoranda and transaction documents to support global investment decision-making bodies /li liAnalyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options, producing clear reports on findings /li liBuild and analyse financial models,
testing the commercial data and assumptions behind forecasts /li liSupport the preparation of business plans and impairment analyses in coordination with the Corporate Investments and MA department /li liPrepare strategic presentations and build strong working relationships across the business and global technical communities /li /ul pbWhat you will bring /b /p ul liMBA or MSc in Finance or a related field /li li4 to 5 years in core valuation, MA, corporate finance or investment analysis (Big4, Investment Banking or Private Equity background a strong plus) /li liStrong valuation knowledge (FCFF and FCFE), plus financing, accounting and strategic analysis /li liExperience in the energy or infrastructure sector, ideally renewables (required) /li liStrong teamwork and the ability to manage interdepartmental relationships empathetically across Western European and Chinese HQ teams /li liExcellent time management and the ability to work on and off site with minimal supervision /li liStrategic vision paired with high attention to detail /li liAlignment with values of stewardship, collaboration, innovation and a spirit of excellence /li /ul pbThe offer /b /p ul liFull-time, permanent /li liHybrid working, based in Milan /li liA pivotal role shaping the Italian growth of one of the world's leading renewable energy players /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
