Amcor is seeking a Culture & Engagement Manager to shape the global manufacturing culture for 8,700+ employees across 170 sites. You will embed our Purpose, Values and Behaviours, drive Inclusion & Belonging, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable people outcomes.
You will own the Employee Engagement Survey lifecycle, translate insights into actions, and lead cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Fluent English required; other languages add value.
