Remarketing Business Operations Specialist As Remarketing Business Operations Specialist, you enable a data-driven Used Cars operation by coordinating admin, operational, and reporting activities. You will act as the operational reference for the Remarketing team and support Remarketing Specialists in sales processes and data management. You consolidate data, monitor KPIs, and prepare dashboards and management updates to inform decisions. This role blends operational excellence with business analysis to drive scalable processes and cross-functional collaboration. salary: 36,000 – 46,000 gross annual salary
Collaborate with the Remarketing & Residual Value Manager on department operations
Coordinate operational, administrative, and reporting activities supporting Used Cars sales processes
Consolidate and analyze Remarketing data; prepare reports and dashboards for performance monitoring
Monitor Used Cars KPIs and provide regular analyses for decision-making
Prepare management presentations and executive summaries for internal meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flows
3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in Used Cars, Remarketing, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
Strong understanding of Used Cars commercial processes and workflows
Proven KPI monitoring, reporting, and data analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
Excellent PowerPoint skills for professional management presentations
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
