ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this Milan-based role you will shape the strategy for Constructions and Corporate Client risks in the Italian market, aligned with Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will work closely with the Risk Engineering Team and report to the local leadership to deliver profitable underwriting outcomes. You will coordinate with sales, claims and product teams to support cross‑selling and portfolio optimization. This role offers the chance to influence product development and governance in a large, international organisation. Claims and other product lines to enable cross‑selling /liliMaintain underwriting consistency and discipline per corporate guidelines and regulatory framework /liliSupport development and implementation of new or modified products /liliAssist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business, including agent/broker negotiations /liliCommunicate local business strategy externally /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster's degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering /lili8–15 years' experience in underwriting profitable Risk Engineering for corporate/construction risks and Engineering Professional Firms /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration life cycle /liliStrong pricing knowledge and market analysis /liliIdeally experience designing, developing, and implementing robust wordings /liliIdeally experience driving underwriting projects /liliEntrepreneurial mindset /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to work in an international organisation /liliFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) /liliData analytics /liliVery good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
