ppNote - Travel Experience Required /p h3Job Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit. Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN will provide high-quality, direct patient care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to nursing practice. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the healthcare continuum. /li liEnsure accountability for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes by utilizing the nursing model of care and adhering to established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice. /li liCollaborate effectively with various members of the healthcare team, patients, and families to facilitate communication and ensure optimal patient outcomes. /li liMaintain organized workflows by setting priorities and efficiently completing assigned tasks.
/li liReport directly to the unit Nurse Manager regarding patient care and unit operations. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMust have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years. /li liBasic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information. /li liEffective interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse members of the healthcare team, patients, and families. /li liStrong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pGraduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). /p h3Certification License /h3 ul liLicensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse. /li liCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
