pWe are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an strongHR Consultant /strong /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliProvide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes.
/liliIndependently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management.
/liliIdentify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas.
/liliPartner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong: /pullistrongRequired:



/strong /liliBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience with human resources or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience.
/liliEmployee relations case handling /liliDisciplinary processes /liliInvestigations / grievances /liliHands-on HR operations /li /ulpbr/ppbr/pullistrongNice to have: /strong /li /ulp1+ year(s) employee relations experience.
