/ppbr/ppWe are currently looking for strongField Service Technicians based in Italy /strongto support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems.
This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.
/ppbr/ppThe focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.g.maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations.
In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on-call duties.
Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.

pallets and conveyor systems on site at our customers in Italy and throughout Europe.
/liliInstallation, commissioning, operator training as well as maintenance and repair of plants and systems on site in Italy and other EMEA countries and remotely /liliCollaboration within the Customer Helpdesk function as well as on-call duty (depending on local requirements) /liliCoordination and guidance of external companies (local service partners and providers), with potential further development to supervisor of larger installations /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKey internal and external interfaces /strong /ppbr/pulliHead of Field Service Operations EMEA /liliTeamlead Field Service Engineers /liliField Service Back Office /liliField Service Technicians /liliSales and Service Team in Italy (main contact: Service Manager) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBackground /strong: /ppbr/pulliCompleted vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent qualification /liliProfessional experience in the field of field service assembly/service is an advantage /liliPlease note that fluent English is mandatory for this role.
