Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. /ppLearn more at iongroup.com. /ph3Your role: /h3h3Your key duties and responsibilities /h3ulliKnowledge of labour management (costing, budgeting, forecasting) /liliKnowledge of the main HR administration tools (Infobudget, Inaz) /liliKnowledge and understanding of labour regulations /liliKnowledge of the main collective labour agreements (credit, trade, metalworking)
/liliCarrying out the communications formally required by the regulations in force /liliEnsuring the fulfilment of payroll office activities by ensuring the monthly issuance of pay slips /liliCarrying out hiring and dismissal activities and managing the documentation relating to the employment relationship /liliLiaising with employees on payroll/deductions queries /liliProviding data and reports relating to its area of activity upon requests from the functions/B.U. /liliReporting and data analysis (ad-hoc reports preparation offering detailed insight and analysis, monthly headcount) /liliChecking and coordinating the input of personnel data and their updates on the management system /liliOther duties /li /ulpWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. /ph3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required. /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Economics, Business or HR related subjects (with honors) /liliExperience in Labour Consulting firms is a plus /liliKnowledge of the main Italian National Labour Collective Agreements /liliExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English language /liliExcellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint /liliWith your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment /li /ulh3What we offer: /h3pPermanent employment contract. /ph3Location: /h3pMilano, Parma. /ph3Important notes: /h3pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
