Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people’s /ppAssisting the Senior Cost Manager on a range of tasks, including: /p ul liConducting background research, data collection and benchmarking; /li liEstimating and producing cost plans; /li liCompiling and amending the tender list; /li liDrafting the procurement documentation; /li liChecking and analysing the tenders; /li liDrafting the tender report; /li liDealing with variations and the change control processes, negotiating less financially significant or complex matters; /li liConducting cost checks and valuations; /li liDrafting monthly reports; /li liAnalysing the numbers for the final accounts; /li liLiaising with the client, contractors, designers, etc.



/li /ul pOther responsibilities: /p ul liPreparing presentation materials for client pitches; /li liInputting key information into the Turner Townsend internal database. /li /ul pQualifications: /p ul liUniversity degree in construction related engineering (structural, building, electrical, HVAC) or architecture; /li liExcellent presentation, verbal, written and communication skills; /li liGreat organisational skills; ability to multi-task and be a team player; /li liHigh level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills; /li liEnglish and Italian language skills required. /li /ul pTurner Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
