Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Tech Lead to join the Infra Core team. This staff-level role combines hands-on engineering with setting the technical direction for a large Kubernetes-based platform used by hundreds of Deel engineers worldwide.
You will drive architectural decisions, build control planes and observability tooling, and elevate the team’s engineering bar while staying close to code and architecture in a highly autonomous environment.
