Silversea is seeking a diligent Housekeeper Manager/Butler Manager to lead the shipboard housekeeping and butler services across guest suites, public areas and back of house. You will ensure high standards, safety compliance and guest satisfaction through effective team leadership and training.
You will oversee scheduling, budgets and quality controls, liaise with departments, uphold Public Health standards and deliver exceptional service in a luxury cruise environment.
