As a Field Service Engineer at Cytiva, you will install, qualify, maintain, calibrate and repair equipment at customer sites, while promoting service contracts and identifying revenue opportunities. You will join the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team in Italy (remote with travel across the territory). You represent Cytiva to clients and plan service activities, manage stock and work orders, and support sales initiatives. Your work directly impacts how customers advance therapies and health outcomes by ensuring equipment reliability. Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration
Troubleshoot and repair equipment




Promote service contracts and identify revenue opportunities
Represent the company to clients
Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
Manage own stock and work orders
Participate in sales opportunities and support revenue programs
Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
English is required
Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory
