Service Sales Specialist

In this role you drive service sales for ABB’s Motion Service portfolio across Europe and beyond, building long-term customer relationships and converting needs into service solutions. You collaborate with local sales teams to identify opportunities and secure profitable service offerings, including retrofits, upgrades, spare parts, and customized motors. This position supports the Global Motors & Generators unit from Italy, with an emphasis on international sales and customer-centric growth.

Promote the Motion Service portfolio (retrofits, upgrades, spare parts, customized motors)
Translate customer needs into ABB Service offerings and solutions
Focus on profit across the service portfolio
Collaborate with local sales teams to identify and develop new market opportunities
Leverage knowledge of customers’ needs to determine effective solutions
Manage international sales activities in assigned countries and build strong relationships to drive growth
At least 2 years of sales experience
Knowledge of Industrial Automation, OEM, End Users
Proven ability to develop and manage trust-based customer relationships
Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical)
English and Italian language proficiency
Flexibility and availability for international travel
