Role Overview
A PRN Physical Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services, communicate effectively, foster a collaborative environment, take accountability for performance, seek continuous improvement, and demonstrate initiative for professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills
Must have a graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, current Basic Life Support certification, a valid Texas license or temporary license, and at least one year of licensed PT experience.

Key Duties
Render technical and professional physical therapy, ensure effective patient communication, build relationships, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
