Experteer Italy is seeking a regional Customer Care professional to drive instrument delivery and enhance customer experience by aligning regional needs with global standards. You will partner across commercial, service, and supply chain functions to resolve escalations and implement improvements.
Preferred candidates have strong knowledge of Customer Care processes, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across matrix organizations in Life Sciences or Diagnostics.
