Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence, Italy, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will oversee GL, AP, AR, and the integrity of financial operations.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in hospitality accounting leadership, strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and USALI, and fluency in English and Italian. You will supervise audits and mentor a high-performing finance team.
