Reporting directly to the bPerformance Excellence Director /b, the Operational Excellence Project Manager is responsible for leading client transitions, driving operational improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring the effective execution of governance frameworks that deliver measurable business outcomes.



/p /brpbMain Responsibilities /b /p /brul /brliLeads the transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through stabilization and hypercare phases. /li /brliManages complex regional projects across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and sites, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved. /li /brliSupports the development and implementation of operational excellence methodologies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /brliFacilitates the implementation of best practices, standardized operating procedures, and performance management frameworks. /li /brliDemonstrates strong project management discipline, including risk management, stakeholder management, communication planning, and issue resolution. /li /brliCoordinates cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, IT, Human Resources, and other business functions. /li /brliSupports regional leadership with project governance, executive visibility, and implementation tracking throughout project lifecycles.
