/strong /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for motivated candidates for the strongVigilance Safety Officer /strong position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey activities /strong /pulliProcess Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) of the Company coming from clinical trials or from the markets via affiliates or distributors (Medical Devices, In Vitro Diagnostic Devices, Food Supplements, Cosmetics, General sales).
Checking data for consistency and accuracy triggering follow-up requests to local teams if needed.
Ensure recording data in the Global Safety Database (triage/acceptance, Data Entry, Quality Check, Submission) /liliPerforming ICSRs reconciliations with relevant stakeholders.
/liliSupporting in writing or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures of the PMS System, where appropriate.
/liliEnsuring Vigilance compliance KPIs are met.
/liliSupporting in screening of scientific literature when needed and appropriate.
/liliSupporting the Vigilance and Safety team in general activities and/or drafting vigilance documents.
/liliInteracting with concerned internal departments, affiliates, and providers.
/liliJoin cross functional teams where appropriate.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliBachelor's Degree in Scientific Disciplines (Pharmacy, CTF, or similar) /liliKnowledge and/or experience in Pharmacovigilance requirements/obligations are welcomed /liliPrevious knowledge of Pharmacovigilance databases is welcomed.
/liliFluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required and knowledge of another foreign language is appreciated.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAttitude /strong /pulliAble to work in team and problem-solving skills.
/liliGood knowledge of Microsoft office Tools.

9 – Monza (MB) /pp? Working hours: Full-time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday) /pp Lavoro da remoto: 10 days per month /pp Gross Annual Salary Range: €33,000 – €35,000 /pp ? Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days /pp On-site Canteen.
