This is an excellent opportunity for someone with more than 2 years of commercial back office or order processing experience who is looking to further develop their career in an international environment.
You will support the Italian market by managing sales operations, coordinating with internal departments and assisting with export-related activities.
The ideal candidate should have commercial back-office experience, strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to customer support and problem solving.
/ppstrong(Ref: KA***** - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliProcess customer orders and enter orders into the ERP system in line with quotations and existing contracts /liliPrepare order confirmations, proforma invoices and maintain customer master data /liliProduce and update operational reports to support management decision-making /liliAct as the operational contact for customers and coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and After-sales teams /liliMonitor orders and deliveries, resolving operational issues,
delays and customer enquiries /liliPrepare documentation for domestic and export shipments /liliSupport process improvements and provide administrative support across departments /li /ulpbr/ppstrongIdeal Candidate /strong /pulliOver 2 years' experience in sales administration or order processing /liliHigh school diploma or university degree /liliNative-level fluency in Italian /liliBusiness level of fluency in English /liliStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, IF functions, and Pivot Tables /liliExperience using ERP or other business management systems /liliExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail /liliProactive team player with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities /li /ulpbr/ppstrongConditions /strong /pulliLocation: Milan, Italy /liliWorking Style: office-based /liliSalary: €25,000-€28,000 per annum depending on experience /liliJob Type: permanent, full-time /liliWorking Hours: 40h per week /liliStart: negotiable /li /ulpbr/ppstrong*All applicants for the Sales Support position must have the right to work in Italy without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
