Here are the details /h3 ul liArchitect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services, writing reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices. /li liCollaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into effective software solutions, define timelines, and estimate effort. /li liPerform code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and ensure high code quality and performance. /li liStay up to date with new technologies and tools, drive their adoption when appropriate, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and team growth.
/li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExtensive experience in backend development, with solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design. /li liStrong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. /li liSelf-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strong problem‑solving skills and a growth mindset. /li liExperience working in an Agile environment. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liGood knowledge of functional programming languages. /li liProfessional experience with Rust and/or Elixir. /li liFirst-hand experience of test‑driven development (TDD), Event‑Sourcing and CQRS. /li liExperience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. /li /ul p€40,000 - €75,000 a year /p h3Why You’ll Love It Here /h3 pWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
