ppHiring Range: 43.400,00€ - 85.400,00€ Short Term Incentive at target (actual payout may vary based on performance): 10% Benefits: Life Accident Insurance, Meal Card, Employee Assistance Program, Global Referral Program, Global Maternity Program (Return to Work Plan), Role Specific Benefits /p pThe Customs Team Lead is responsible for managing the overall operations and establishing effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. /p pIn this role, you will be running customs operations within Automotive vertical, setting up a high performing team, improve processes and implement tools and applications to increase customer satisfaction with a successful management of productivity and in respect of high standard level of compliance. You will be responsible for several direct reports in line with business needs. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liControl customs processes ensuring safe, quality, and efficient operations in line with company’s policies /li liCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with group’s policies and applicable laws /li liBe involved in projects leadership and resourcing in collaboration with local management /li liOversee workload and tasks assigned to employees; clarify expectations of roles, lead performance evaluations and address corrective action plans /li liOversee needs for additional resources including participation in recruitment,



on-boarding and training /li liEnsure correct use of resources to pursuit company’s goals /li liManage escalations and handle potential claims until resolution /li liCoordination with Risk Compliance to handle process and communication with relevant authorities /li liPreparation and communication of relevant information for employees under your area of responsibilities /li liBusiness trips might be required /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liDeep understanding of local market and regulations /li liComprehensive knowledge on logistic landscape /li liExperience in managing people in a complex environment (engagement, motivation, rewards), working experience in Customs is a plus /li liStrong customer-facing and interaction skills with high-level of customer orientation /li liStrong and proven teamwork attitude /li liAbility to work under pressure to deadlines and results oriented /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels with a focus on collaboration and network behavior; we work in English /li /ul pIf you have been reading so far, we are glad to see you are interested!
