If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to grow with bUtopia. /b /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe’re looking for a bSupply Chain Specialist (FFE) /b to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects across LATAM, the Caribbean, and EMEA. /p pThis role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee FFE production and conduct quality control at factory level /li liManage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking /li liCoordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations) /li liSupervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning /li liEnsure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes /li liWork closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness /li liCoordinate and supervise installation teams on-site /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FFE /li liBackground in hospitality or high-end residential projects /li liExperience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics /li liStrong understanding of site logistics and installation processes /li liAbility to manage complex or remote project environments /li liFluent English /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in LATAM (Brazil is a strong plus) /li liExperience with remote or resort locations (islands, beaches, etc.) /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work on unique, high-end hospitality projects /li liExposure to the full project lifecycle — from production and logistics to on-site installation /li liCompetitive compensation aligned with experience /li liCollaboration with an international, multidisciplinary team (design, construction, procurement) /li liHigh level of ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing global company /li /ul pBy submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
