pDuties: /pp1?Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.
/pp2?Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
/pp3?Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.
/pp4?Collaborate closely with the technical support team and RD department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.
/pp5?Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
/pp6?Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.
/ppRequirements: /pp1?in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
/pp2?At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems,



with preference for those with energy storage experience.
/pp3?Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.
/pp4?Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.
/pp5? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.
/pp6?Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
/pp7? Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred.
/pp8? Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.
