/ppbr / /ppWe're looking for a strongBusiness Developer /strong with strong3–4 years of experience /strong who is proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology and sales, to help accelerate Ringr.ai's growth.
/ppbr / /ppstrongResponsabilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliDrive Ringr's growth in Italy and internationally by identifying and developing relationships with B2B companies.
/liliGenerate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
/liliNegotiate and close commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
/liliAdvise clients on how Ringr's AI solutions can improve their business processes.
/liliManage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, visit clients, and track commercial performance metrics.
/liliCollaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
/liliRepresent Ringr as a brand ambassador in every interaction with customers and partners.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements:
/strong /ppbr / /pullistrongNative or fluent Italian /strong and professional English (Spanish is a plus).
/lili3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
/liliEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
/liliStrong commercial acumen and the ability to build and execute sales strategies.
/liliPassion for technology, AI, and the startup ecosystem.
/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
/liliSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
