Legal & General (L&G;) is seeking a proactive PA & Office Manager to support senior leaders across its European Asset Management business. You’ll oversee the Milan office day-to-day, coordinate travel, meetings and confidential communications, and manage facilities and expenses across European offices.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and IT proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Flexible working options are discussed where possible.
