ph3Position /h3 pWe are looking for a bContent Community Specialist /b who combines editorial thinking, platform expertise, and community management skills to help create meaningful conversations between brands and people. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbEditorial Planning /b /p ul liDevelop monthly and always‑on editorial calendars across social media platforms under the guidance of a Senior Content Manager. /li liTranslate campaign strategies into channel‑specific content plans. /li liIdentify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and community insights. /li liEnsure consistency in tone of voice and adherence to platform best practices across all content. /li /ul pbCommunity Management /b /p ul liManage day‑to‑day interactions across brand social channels. /li liModerate comments and conversations while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice. /li liEscalate sensitive issues or potentially critical conversations when necessary. /li liTransform community feedback into actionable insights for the wider team. /li liIdentify recurring questions, behaviours, and opportunities to improve engagement. /li /ul pbContent Development /b /p ul liCreate captions, copy, and social‑first content when required. /li liPrepare briefs for creative, design, and motion teams regarding editorial assets. /li liCollaborate throughout the entire content production process, from briefing to publishing. /li liSupport influencer and creator activations from an editorial perspective. /li liEnsure content is optimised for each platform and audience. /li /ul pbCross‑Functional Collaboration /b /p ul liWork closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, PR, and Data teams. /li liAlign editorial plans with campaign objectives and paid media strategies.



/li liContribute to brainstorming sessions with platform expertise and a social‑first mindset. /li liCoordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery. /li /ul pbReporting Insights (in collaboration with the Analytics Unit) /b /p ul liMonitor content performance and community health. /li liProduce regular reports highlighting key learnings and optimisation opportunities. /li liStay updated on platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats. /li liProvide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2–3 years of experience in social media, editorial content, or community management, preferably within an agency environment. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong knowledge of social media, streaming, and entertainment platforms. /li liExperience using publishing and community management tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar platforms. /li liPassionate about internet culture, creators, digital trends, and online communities. /li liHighly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously. /li liCurious, proactive, and collaborative. /li liComfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience managing influencer or creator‑led content. /li liKnowledge of social listening tools and platforms.
