ppThe Test Engineering Support Sustaining Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of test systems used in production. The role combines hands-on failure analysis and repair activities with long-term sustaining actions aligned with engineering changes and production feedback. /ppSiteEletech - Osnago (LC) Elemaster Italy headquarters - Lomagna (LC) DepartmentTest Engineering in the International Design Center for the development and maintenance of Test Equipment for manufacturing. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliPerform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on test benches and test equipment /liliCarry out corrective maintenance and repairs to restore normal operation. /liliAnalyze production issues, non-conformities, or deviations in test results and product characteristics. /liliInvestigate anomalies observed on specific production batches and support root cause analysis in collaboration with Test Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. /liliUpdate and maintain test benches in accordance with approved Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). /liliAssess the technical, operational, and production impact of ECRs before implementation /liliImplement hardware and software updates on test systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures. /liliMonitor test system performance, stability,



and reliability over time /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and formalizing feedback from production /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical background. /liliExperience at least 5 years in servicing and maintaining test equipment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting. /liliStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in an industrial or electronics environment. /liliProven knowledge of test systems, electronic assemblies and production processes. /liliSolid ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, test SW sequencs and change requests. /liliStructured and methodical approach to problem solving. /liliGood communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams. /liliGood English knowledge. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office package /liliAbility to work in a team environment. /liliAvailable for business trips. /liliWill be a preferential titleHands-on /liliproactive, committed to safety and results oriented. /liliAttention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. /liliContinuous improvement mindset. /liliKnowledge of LabVIEW and Python for debug and analysis /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pPermanent contract offered, gross annual salary (RAL) € 35.000 - € 55.000 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
