Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit. /p h3bKey responsibilities /b /h3 ulliDeliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners. /liliProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance. /liliPrepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback. /liliAssist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities. /li /ul h3bEssential requirements /b /h3 ulliTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields. /liliExperience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills.
