Biotech Healthcare seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive WEU growth, establish Distributor Sales models, and expand into new markets across multiple WEU countries. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Partners, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and report performance to senior leadership.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and deep experience in ophthalmic/medical consumables sales within international markets. Fluent English and WEU language skills are advantageous.
