Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to develop and grow the cholestatic disease portfolio across Italy.

You will work with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary care teams to execute territory plans, expand patient access, and support appropriate use of Mirum’s therapies. The role requires 10+ years in RAM, strong market access experience, and fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel about 80%.
