Data Scientist for Pricing & Underwriting

In this role you will support data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation to enable robust analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to explore data, build pricing and underwriting models, and prototype AI applications that advance our insurance insights. You will develop dashboards to monitor performance and support decision making, while pursuing innovative technical solutions. This is a data- and AI-focused position in a global, inclusive company that values collaboration and impact.

- Support data ingestion, cleaning and transformation from multiple sources
- Perform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns and insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for performance monitoring
- Develop pricing and underwriting models




- Design and prototype AI applications
- Conduct R&D; to find novel technical solutions
- 4-7 years of experience in Insurance/Consulting or data analysis roles
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience in developing statistical and machine learning models
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive, result-driven, and able to interact in a global environment
