World Food Programme in Bhutan is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a mid-term review of the CPS ) with a focus on learning and actionable recommendations. You will facilitate desk reviews, field visits, and consultations with government partners, donors and stakeholders to inform the CSP’s adaptive management and future direction.

The assignment requires strong analytical skills, experience in reviews and evaluations, and ability to coordinate with government and UN partners.
