Nobel Recruitment is seeking a founding commercial leader to own the Italian market, driving growth from a ground-up position with a 30% inbound and 70% outbound mix. Expect close collaboration with two Italian colleagues, and a Scandinavian culture emphasizing collaboration and mentorship.

In the first year you’ll learn products, customers and processes; by year two you’ll target €250k–€300k ARR with deals usually €10k–€50k, and regular travel to events and visits across Italy.
