Nobel Recruitment seeks a high-ambitioned sales professional to own the Italian market from the ground up, blending inbound and outbound activity to build a scalable base.

You will collaborate with a small, close-knit team, travel to events, and work remotely within Italy (ideally Milan). By year two you should be targeting €250k-€300k ARR, with typical deal sizes of €10k-€50k, and opportunities for upsell.
