Market and Competitive Intelligence /h3 ul liMonitor macroeconomic, regulatory and industry developments affecting banking and financial services. /li liAssess implications for the CIB business, institutional clients, and broader strategic priorities. /li liConduct market, client and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, threats and positioning gaps. /li liDevelop actionable insights and strategic responses informed by external market intelligence. /li /ul h3Strategy Development /h3 ul liSupport the development and refresh of strategic plans, including Short‑Term Plans (STP) and Medium‑Term Plans (MTP). /li liConduct strategic, financial and commercial analysis to evaluate opportunities, business cases and investment decisions. /li liFacilitate strategic planning discussions, workshops and business reviews with senior stakeholders. /li liSupport the evaluation of strategic trade‑offs and prioritisation decisions through structured analysis. /li /ul h3Strategic Execution and Performance Management /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strategic performance dashboards, scorecards and management reporting tools. /li liMonitor performance against strategic objectives, identifying trends, risks and areas requiring intervention.



/li liTrack delivery and value realisation of strategic initiatives and transformation programmes. /li liSupport governance forums through performance reporting, business reviews and executive decision‑support materials. /li /ul h3Executive Decision Support and Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liPrepare high‑quality Board and executive‑level presentations, briefing notes and strategic reviews. /li liPresent insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders. /li liBuild strong relationships across business, Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Group functions to ensure alignment and effective execution. /li liAct as a trusted analytical partner to leadership teams on strategic and business performance matters. /li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5-8 years' experience in strategy, business management, strategic planning, consulting, financial analysis or related roles. /li liExperience within banking or financial services. /li liPrior exposure to Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) environments is strongly preferred, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate and Institutional Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Corporate Finance and Transaction Banking, Structured Finance or Trade Finance. /li liExposure may have been gained through strategy, business management, performance management, product management, financial analysis, consulting or front‑office support roles within a CIB environment. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pHigher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
