to join the Logistics Controlling Department at our Headquarters in Milan
Your Impact
The Logistic Controller will optimize logistics performance through cost control, data analysis, and process improvement, supporting business efficiency and service excellence.
In particular, the Controller will be responsible for:
Monitoring and controlling logistics costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and business objectives.
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Contributing to monthly closing activities and ensuring the accuracy of logistics-related financial reporting.
Developing and maintaining logistics KPIs and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to management.
Analyzing logistics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For:
Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in logistics controlling, supply chain, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
Fluency in both Italian and English.

Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams.

Compensation package range: from 40.000 € to 50.000 € gross
