In this role you will own the product communication strategy to drive user engagement and business growth. You’ll collaborate with development teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging across the product lifecycle. You’ll craft engaging content and manage online communities to strengthen product perception. You’ll monitor market and product data to optimize communications and outcomes, contributing to a fast-moving, AI-enabled tech environment.

- Own the product communication strategy to drive user engagement and growth
- Partner with development teams to ensure clear, consistent communication across the product lifecycle
- Produce compelling content (social posts, blog articles, in-app messages, emails) using AI to enhance creativity and efficiency




- Manage online communities to build trust and adoption of the products
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends; define and track communication success with metrics
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strategic product communication
