In this role, you install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Cytiva equipment at customer sites to ensure reliable operation. You will represent the company, plan service activities, manage stock and work orders, and contribute to revenue initiatives through service contracts. The role sits within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team in Italy, with a focus on regions including Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, and Tuscany. You help advance life-saving therapies by delivering hands-on support and solutions that turn technical challenges into tangible patient impact.

- Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment




- Promote and identify opportunities for service contracts and revenue programs
- Represent the company to clients and plan/execute service activities
- Manage own stock and work orders
- Participate in sales opportunities and support revenue initiatives
- Education: majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills; experience troubleshooting
- Ability to travel 70% (including overnight stays) within territory
