Each of us is an adherent of entrepreneurial culture, which allows us never to stop, to evolve, and to create something new. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution /li liLead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities, from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions /li liDrive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance /li liParticipate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals,
